Judge Rules in EA's Favor Over Battlefield 4 Class Action Lawsuit
A class action lawsuit brought against EA over "false and misleading statements" concerning the marketing for Battlefield 4 has run into a wall today. The judge in the case, Judge Susan Illston, ruled that many of the statements made were not actually fraudulent but were rather just "puffery" and vague.

New Achievements Point Towards a Re-release of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
It seems as though new achievements and possibly trophies have been listed for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Keeping in mind that San Andreas was released for the original Xbox and PlayStation 2, prior to Achievements even being a thing, it's rather surprising to see that these exist. Option to Migrate Dark Souls From Games for Windows Live to Steamworks is Coming in November

Rob Riggle to Play Frank West in Dead Rising Film
First of all, I wasn't aware that a Dead Rising film was even a thing. If I did know about it, I've obviously forgotten about it by now. Secondly, comedian and actor Rob Riggle is being brought on to play Frank West in the film.
You may recognize Riggle from his appearances as a Daily Show correspondent and for his roles in The Other Guys and 21 Jump Street, to name a few. So, what about this film then?
