Watch Almost an Hour of Death Stranding Gameplay

A lot of gameplay footage that may finally provide a lot of answers.

The marketing for the Kojima Productions game, Death Stranding, has left consumers with more questions than answers. It's a game from the mind of Hideo Kojima, so of course the marketing was going to be odd. The problem was, there are a lot of people that just have no idea about what the game was even about even after the numerous trailers.

Maybe sitting down and watching 50 minutes of gameplay will help clear up that confusion. If that doesn't work, then maybe a breakdown of the gameplay footage from...

Final Fantasy VII Remake Tokyo Game Show 2019 Trailer

The trailer is at the bottom after these boring words.

Square Enix showed off an all new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake this week at the Tokyo Game Show. The new trailer offers a fresh look at gameplay, the slums of Midgar, and a peak at the mini-games and summons. Midgar is home to the Shinra Electric Power Company. This kind of totally evil company is in conflict with Avalanche, a resistance group fighting to keep their planet alive. You will also get your first look at some of the Shinra operatives known as The Turks.

Square Enix also included their new artwork...

Cube World is Coming to Steam

Let me take you back to the year 2013...

In 2013, a little game called Cube World came out in an "alpha" release. It was a cute, stylized adventure-RPG that offered a ton of freedom, battles, exploration, and more. A big appeal of the alpha was being able to have all of these adventures with your friends in one world. To its credit, the limited content of the alpha was quite enjoyable but the promise of bigger and better was always just around the corner. The problem came when it was just never updated! Eventually the developer went dark.

We would sometimes...

The second trailer in the "Stories from the City" series for Thief was released today.

Nobody knows how old the Queen of the Beggars actually is; rumour has it she's as old as The City itself. Some say that although she is blind, she sees through the eyes of rats that riddle the streets. In the second trailer of the Stories from The City series, the wise old crone gives her views on the City as it goes through a time of death and gloom.

Thief is slated for a February 2014 release on the PC, PS3, PS4, 360, and Xbone....

Killing Floor: Calamity is a Top Down Title for the Ouya

Tripwire Interactive released a spin-off title today that is exclusive for the Ouya. Yeah, weird isn't it? The game is a top down action title called Killing Floor: Calamity.

Tripwire Interactive's VP, Alan Wilson, may have been busy hitting the rum eggnog early when he said the Ouya is "leading the charge in disrupting the way in which games are both created and consumed." Huh, alright then.
"We feel Ouya is leading the charge in disrupting the way in which games are both created and consumed today and, as our history suggests with our successes with both Red Orchestra and Killing Floor, we're not shy

  • DayZ Standalone Nets $5.1 Million in Sales in First 24 Hours

DayZ Standalone Nets $5.1 Million in Sales in First 24 Hours

It seems as though fans were more than eager to jump all over the early alpha release of the standalone version of DayZ on Steam. The game already picked up $5.1 million in sales in the first 24 hours with 88,000 players joining up in the first 12 hours.

Those figures equate to over 172,000 copies of the game sold already. Considering that this game is listed as Early Access on Steam and is also very much in alpha status, that is quite the impressive feat.

New Legend of Zelda Game Coming from Tecmo Koei - Hyrule Warriors

The good news is that a new game is coming in The Legend of Zelda franchise for the Wii U! The odd news is that this new game is coming from Tecmo Koei and looks a lot like a Dynasty Warriors game but with Link.

The tentative name is Hyrule Warriors and it features Link going around fighting a lot of enemies.

It almost feels as though Nintendo is just throwing ideas at a wall and seeing what sticks to try saving the poor performing Wii U....
