Ubisoft Pulls Licenses for The Crew, Makes the Game Completely Inaccessible to Buyers

From the same company trying to sell you a $130 version of Star Wars Outlaws.

The antitrust lawsuit against Valve from Wolfire Games got a little spicy this week. 900 People Laid Off Across Multiple PlayStation Studios

Multiple studios across all SIE regions impacted.

Sony just laid off about 900 people across multiple PlayStation studios around the world. These 900 or so laid off employees account for roughly 8% of the total workforce for Sony Interactive Entertainment.

Embracer Lays Off 97 Employees from Eidos; Cancels New Deus Ex

Embracer's rampage continues.

Eidos-Montreal, a development studio currently under the Embracer umbrella, made the sad announcement that employees at the studio were being laid off. Eidos took to social media to confirm that 97 people have been let go "from development teams, administration, and support services".

    Career Mode Detailed for Project Cars Plus Another Delay

    First up, word came yesterday that Project Cars was delayed again. This time the game has been pushed from a March release to an early April release. Specifically, it's now slated to be released on April 2 for the PC and April 7 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The Wii U version is still in release limbo.     The Battlefield 4 Community Map Project has officially been unveiled by DICE. This is where you and DICE will work almost side by side to create a new Battlefield 4 map from scratch. The CTE will be where you can first play this map as it's being developed. DICE will also provide weekly updates on the map and seek your feedback on a very regular basis.

    This is something we’ve never done before. There’s a piece of content coming in 2015 that we’re really excited about.
