Konami revealed a special $99.99 (USD) Collector's Edition for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain today. This CE includes a number of bonus items both in-game and out. Pre-orders for CE are not yet up in North America yet but seem to be up at GAME retailers in Europe. RISE is a Technically Impressive Oculus Rift Demo Built on Unreal Engine 4
