Razer Announces SteamVR Games Availability on OSVR
Today, Razer announced that a number of SteamVR titles are available for immediate play on their OSVR device. OSVR stands for Open Source Virtual Reality and includes a modular design that will allow you to upgrade various components on the VR headset once your computer is ready for a higher end experience. The OSVR dev kit starts at $300.

Major Minecraft Update Released - Minecraft 1.9 is the "Combat Update"
Minecraft was just updated to version 1.9 today and wow is it ever a major, major update. Mojang is calling it the "Combat Update" but it includes far more than just significant updates to the combat. Richard Rouse III (The Suffering, State of Decay) unveiled his new game today, The Church in the Darkness. The Church in the Darkness takes a look at the real-life cult movements of the 1970s. The game features the voice talents of Ellen McLain (GLaDOS) and John Patrick Lowrie (Sniper in Team Fortress 2). The two will voice the cult leaders in the game and both are also helping to compose the game's soundtrack.

A retail listing for Battlefield 5 popped up at a Swiss online retailer, World of Games. The description for the game mentions an October 26 release date and a description that points to the game being a "multiplayer tactical shooter in WWI."
