The David Cage Trilogy Coming to Steam on June 18

A full script may or may not be included.

On June 18, Quantic Dream says that they will release not one, not even two, but three titles on Steam. These three titles were out first on PlayStation hardware, with a PC release hitting last Summer on the Epic Games Store. It seems as though a year has passed, as these things tend to do, and as such it's time for Steam to have its moment to shine.

On June 18, we will see Detroit: Become Human, Beyond: Two Souls, and Heavy R...

Unreal Engine 5 Announced for Next-gen Platforms

Don't expect any games any time soon though.

"Nanite" and "Lumen" are going to be the new buzzwords for the next few years. Those two terms were the highlight of today's reveal for the Unreal Engine 5. The engine, still very early in development at Epic, won't be released to the public until late 2021. An early preview will be made available to some in early 2021. This engine is being built to support current-generation consoles, next-generation consoles, PC, Mac,...

Steam Summer Sale 2020 Dates Leaked

Get those wallets ready.

A time honored consumer tradition is waiting until the right moment to spend a lot of money on items they wanted but did not want to pay full price for. An equally time honored tradition, at least among PC gamers is having the dates of the Steam Summer Sale leaked well ahead of time.

In fact, those dates are usually leaked right around this time of the year. In fact, 2019's dates were leaked almost exactly a year ago, with a difference of just...

Just a Reminder that Elder Scrolls VI Details are Still Many Years Away

In case that wasn't obvious.

Bethesda's Pete Hines confirmed again this weekend that any details for The Elder Scrolls VI are still many years away. This was completely expected after Bethesda's first reveal from E3 2018 that said it was coming after Starfield. As Starfield is also still quite a ways away, this should come as no surprise to anybody.

Starfield itself was only briefly discussed back at E3 2018. We did not know much about the game then. In fact, we know about...

EA Teases Titanfall 2 as Not Being an Xbox Exclusive

Remember Titanfall? Remember how all of those PlayStation owners got to play that game? Yeah, that didn't happen because Titanfall was an Xbox exclusive and only came out on the One, 360, and PC. Perhaps EA realized what a bad idea that was because rumors of the totally not yet announced Titanfall 2 seem to indicate that the game will not be exclusive to the Xbox platform! Horray! In speaking at the 2015 Technology, Internet and Media Conference, EA's CFO Blake Jorgensen spoke briefly abo...

Op-Ed: Here is Why the Battlefield Hardline Beta Did Not Sell Me on the Game

The latest Battlefield Hardline beta has come and gone (at least by the time you read this). Undoubtedly, the beta will have sold fence sitters on purchasing the game while others have probably decided to save their $60 for another time. Hardline finds Visceral Games at the helm, leaving DICE to presumably work on Star Wars: Battlefront. Thus the question lingering in the air is if the developer known best for the Dead Space franchise could capture the magic that made the Battlefield franchise...
