2K has finally announced BioShock: The Collection today. This compilation of the remastered previous BioShock games is slated for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One for $59.99 (USD) courtesy of Blind Squirrel Games.

Starting today, Twitch is rolling out a test of its new microtransaction system that they call Cheering. Cheering allows the chat in partnered streams to "cheer" for a favorite moment during a stream. Cheering allows the chat to donate any number of Cheer Bits to the streamer.
These bits equate to a monetary donation made for the streamer in lieu (or in addition to) the usual support of subscribing or donating directly.

DICE Announces New Battlefield UI - Ditching Battlelog Starting with Battlefield 4
DICE announced that they will effectively scrap Battlelog for joining and browsing servers. We have a bit of an odd one here for you today. Level-5 confirmed that there is a new Professor Layton game coming. However, it will be a Professor Layton game that doesn't feature the title character as the main protagonist. In fact, it won't even feature Layton's son, Alfendi Layton.
