Review: FUSION Pro Wired Controller for Xbox One

The best feeling controller I've ever used.

Much like its FightPad sibling, the Fusion Pro Wired Controller for Xbox One is also an officially licensed product from Microsoft. That is about where the similarities end between these two drastically different peripherals. Where the FightPad is focused on just one specific genre, the Fusion Pro is built to take on all types of games.

This controller features a soft touch plastic faceplate, rubberized back, metallic accent rings, the same snap-lock USB cable from the FightPad, a 3.5mm audio jack on...

Review: FUSION Wired FightPad for Xbox One

A design blast from the past.

About a month ago, we brought you news on some new controllers coming out from PowerA. Specifically, the news was about the company's new FUSION Pro controllers and their FUSION FightPad offerings. At the same time, we were offered the opportunity to review these controllers.

Over the past month, I have put both the black FUSION Pro Wired Controller for Xbox One and the FUSION Wired FightPad for Xbox One through their paces. Of the two, I have spent far more time with the Pro controller, but you can read about that...

Review: GreedFall (PC)

A long and thrilling journey.

GreedFall is a game that filled a gaping void I did not know I had for a new action-RPG experience. Though it lacks some of the polish you would expect from a major game release these days, the game still rewards the player with fun and varied combat, complex story beats, and an overall experience that should make even the veterans at BioWare sit up and take notice. For those of you that have been on the fence about picking up GreedFall, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not go pick it up right now.

Blizzard Issues Insultingly Pathetic Statement About Blitzchung Suspension and Reasoning

The cowards just doubled down.

Taking a page from politicians and businesses that know late on Friday is the best time to release news that you are positively ashamed to share, Blizzard has finally issued a statement about the recent ban on Blitzchung and two Hearthstone casters.

Before we get into it all, let's just read what they have to say. Here is Blizzard's full statement as it currently appears on their website.

Despite a reduction of six months for the suspension, Blizzard is still punishing Blitzchung. The...

Yakuza Kiwami 2 PC Trailer and Release Date

Sega is doing this weird thing where they are quietly releasing news and information about upcoming game releases without much fanfare. Besides that, there isn't really much else to say. The PlayStation 4 release of the game was fantastic, with our review calling it the "best Yakuza game to date." I'm sure the improvements made to the PC release will make the...

Hitman 2 Content Roadmap Reveals New Locations, Missions, and More

A new content roadmap for Hitman 2 hit my inbox a short time ago today. In it, we get our first look at some new locations, missions, and even new Sniper Assassin maps coming our way. All players will get the free weekly live content, Challenge Packs, Elusive Targets, Community Escalations, and FEatured Contracts as you would expect.

You can get a broad overview of the upcoming content by checking out that sick roadmap below. Alternatively,...

New 425.31 Nvidia Drivers Bring Ray Tracing to Older GTX Cards

Remember about a month back when we told you that ray tracing was coming to those with non-RTX Nvidia cards? That day has finally arrived. With today's release of the 425.31 drivers, those on 1060 and higher cards can now give real-time ray tracing a spin.

Since all of these older cards lack the special hardware that helps to speed up DirectX Raytracing (DXR) in games, don't expect to have fantastic framerates. However, if you understand what you're getting yourself into, go nuts with it. Just make sure you have one of the following cards, have updated to...

  • Get Ready to Explore the Virtual Worlds of Eric Chahi's Latest Creation - Paper Beast

Eric Chahi is perhaps best known for creating the classic games Another World and Heart of Darkness. These days, he's working on a new PlayStation VR title called Paper Beast. This game promises to be a "playful exploration game" that finds players setting out in an unexplored world.

The idea behind Paper Beast is that the world that has been created here was born from lost code and forgotten data. This code and data has "evolved" to form the creatures and the world in these lands.

Chahi and the rest of the team at...
