Watch Almost an Hour of Death Stranding Gameplay

A lot of gameplay footage that may finally provide a lot of answers.

The marketing for the Kojima Productions game, Death Stranding, has left consumers with more questions than answers. It's a game from the mind of Hideo Kojima, so of course the marketing was going to be odd. The problem was, there are a lot of people that just have no idea about what the game was even about even after the numerous trailers.

Maybe sitting down and watching 50 minutes of gameplay will help clear up that confusion. If that doesn't work, then maybe a breakdown of the gameplay footage from...

You will also get your first look at some of the Shinra operatives known as The Turks.

Square Enix also included their new artwork...

Cube World is Coming to Steam

Let me take you back to the year 2013...

In 2013, a little game called Cube World came out in an "alpha" release. It was a cute, stylized adventure-RPG that offered a ton of freedom, battles, exploration, and more. A big appeal of the alpha was being able to have all of these adventures with your friends in one world. To its credit, the limited content of the alpha was quite enjoyable but the promise of bigger and better was always just around the corner. The problem came when it was just never updated! Eventually the developer went dark.

We would sometimes...

  • Valve Updated the Steam Android App for the First Time in Four Years

Valve Updated the Steam Android App for the First Time in Four Years

Valve has released the first update to their Steam Android app for the first time in four years (seriously) yesterday. What's included in the update? Is it a new Material design? Is it improved speed and functionality? Does it install the mobile version of Half-Life 3?

No, no, and no. All it really does is add in a setting for Steam Guard. That's. It. The app is still firmly rooted in the Android 2.2 SDK, built for the Android 2.2 operating system, an OS that came out five years ago. To put it into better perspective, Android is now up to version 5.x.

The little menu icon in the lower right? It's a leg...

  • 2K Australia Shut Down

    2K Australia Shut Down

2K Australia is closing down. First noted by a number of sources and then directly by 2K themselves, the studio will be completely shuttered soon.

2K Australia is the studio behind Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. They also had a hand in developing games like the BioShock franchise, SWAT 4, and Tribes: Vengeance to name a few. The reported reason for the closure was due to the high cost of operating out of Australia. A move to Melbourne was tentatively planned for the studio, but this news caused many staff to leave. This may have also been a contributing factor in the studio's closure. 2K's official statement on the matter ...
