Watch Almost an Hour of Death Stranding Gameplay

A lot of gameplay footage that may finally provide a lot of answers.

The marketing for the Kojima Productions game, Death Stranding, has left consumers with more questions than answers. It's a game from the mind of Hideo Kojima, so of course the marketing was going to be odd. The problem was, there are a lot of people that just have no idea about what the game was even about even after the numerous trailers.

Maybe sitting down and watching 50 minutes of gameplay will help clear up that confusion. If that doesn't work, then maybe a breakdown of the gameplay footage from...

Final Fantasy VII Remake Tokyo Game Show 2019 Trailer

The trailer is at the bottom after these boring words.

Square Enix showed off an all new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake this week at the Tokyo Game Show. The new trailer offers a fresh look at gameplay, the slums of Midgar, and a peak at the mini-games and summons. Midgar is home to the Shinra Electric Power Company. This kind of totally evil company is in conflict with Avalanche, a resistance group fighting to keep their planet alive. You will also get your first look at some of the Shinra operatives known as The Turks.

Square Enix also included their new artwork...

Cube World is Coming to Steam

Let me take you back to the year 2013...

In 2013, a little game called Cube World came out in an "alpha" release. It was a cute, stylized adventure-RPG that offered a ton of freedom, battles, exploration, and more. A big appeal of the alpha was being able to have all of these adventures with your friends in one world. To its credit, the limited content of the alpha was quite enjoyable but the promise of bigger and better was always just around the corner. The problem came when it was just never updated! Eventually the developer went dark.

We would sometimes...

Dirt Rally Surprise Released on Steam Today

Codemasters surprised Dirt fans today with a stealth release of Dirt Rally on Steam Early Access. This game literally came out of nowhere but currently features 17 cars and 36 stages spread across three different environments. Globally renowned for delivering realistic, yet fun, driving games, Codemasters is once more bringing its talent and experience to the world of rallying. Konami Pulls Itself from the New York Stock Exchange

Hot on the heels of the news of Silent Hills' cancellation comes word that Konami has delisted itself from the New York Stock Exchange. Konami Corp. voluntarily pulled all of its American Depositary Shares (ADS) prior to the opening of trading on April 24.

Konami issued a statement (PDF) as to why they decided to remove themselves from the NYSE. They note that the move was "not economically justified" because the shares traded on the NYSE were "only a small fraction of the total trading volume of its shares." The company also filed a form with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on...

  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Allows Players to Customize Protagonist's Gender, Abilities, and More

For the first time in the history of the Call of Duty franchise, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will allow you to fully customize the character you play as. This includes the abilities you unlock in addition to changing your character's appearance and gender. Yes, you can now play as a female lead in a Call of Duty game. According to Treyarch's Studio Head, Mark Lamia, this isn't just a matter of placing a female head or using female voice overs with the same animations as the male offering. Oh no, this is a complete package deal here. If you choose to play as a female, it's an entirely different set of animations that will b...

We all saw the signs. We all knew this was coming from a mile away. However, both Guillermo del Toro and Norman Reedus both said today that Silent Hills is currently dead. It's not going to happen, at least not how we had all hoped it would.

Matt Hackney passed along word from Guillermo del Toro earlier today.

This was later followed up by a comment from Norman Reedus.

Del Toro said that he was really only interested in working with Kojima on the project. He said that whether or not Silent Hills is fully cancelled and will never ever see the light of day in any ...

If you haven't already downloaded it, you should probably hurry up because Konami is about to pull P.T. (Playable Teaser) from the PlayStation Network on Wednesday, April 29.

A notice that went up on the P.T. website gives a short, to the point notice of this removal.
