Sega Considering More PC Ports After Success of Persona 4 Golden

Persona 4 Golden and other titles are doing well on PC.

Sega says that their recent PC ports of some rather high-profile games have proven to be a great success for the company. Sales of games like Persona 4 Golden, Yakuza 0, and even Catherine have been so successful that Sega is considering bringing more games over to the PC platform. The biggest push for Sega seems to be the surprise success of Persona 4 Golden above all else.

Sega president Haruki Satomi and senior...

More PlayStation Timed Exclusives for Marvel's Avengers

Why not just make the entire game exclusive at this point?

Sony has announced some additional "PlayStation advantages" to buying Marvel's Avengers on the PlayStation platform. These "advantages" are on top of the fact that only the PlayStation platform will have access to Spider-Man as a playable hero. These are also in addition to the exclusive beta period for PlayStation owners, the first of which begins on August 7.

Microsoft Confirms Free Online Multiplayer for Halo Infinite

Confirmed after a short bout as a rumor.

Microsoft confirmed the short-lived rumor that Halo Infinite would have free multiplayer. Not only that, but they also confirmed that Halo Infinite, at least the multiplayer component, will support 120fps on Xbox Series X. I'm sure that will also hold true for the PC release as well. Sorry Xbox One owners, you can't handle all those delicious frames. ...

Valve Cracks Down on Using VPNs to Buy Games Cheaper

This should hopefully lead to more fair regional pricing.

For several years now, users were able to make use of a loophole that allowed them to buy games for cheaper if purchased from certain regions. Users were able to trick Steam into thinking they lived in one region where a price of a game was more favorable to them due to exchange rates. This had the unfortunate side-effect of developers and publishers having to increase prices in these regions to put a stop to those using VPNs...

  • Rumor: Xbox One II Production Started in February

Rumor: Xbox One II Production Started in February

According to a leaked photo that made its way online earlier today, Microsoft has been mass producing a product called the "Xbox One II." Yeah, it's kind of a bad name, we know. The more literal translation, however, seems to be "Xbox One Second Generation" which would mean that this is probably more of a redesign of existing hardware rather than new internals. That is to say, this would be more akin to a "Slim" Xbox One model than anything else. Some have believed that this would be a new ha...

  • Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Rumored to Include Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remaster

If this newly surfaced image is to be believed, it seems as though the "Legacy Edition" of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will also include a remaster of the classic Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. It's also important to note the November 4 release date on the poster.

The image seems to originate from VideoGamer's David Scammell with a better quality one coming from Charlie Intel. Now the big questions here are: Is this legit? If it is, will the remaster include the...

The new Legend of Zelda game for the Wii U has suffered a few setbacks today. First up is word that the game has been pushed to a 2017 release citing quality concerns. Second is the news that the game is now coming for the Nintendo NX in addition to the Wii U version that was previously announced. During their earnings report earlier this morning, Nintendo announced that their upcoming Nintendo NX console will be launched in March 2017. Sadly, no actual details on the console were revealed during this report other than that it will be a "brand-new concept." Take that however you will.

Superhot Coming May 3 to Xbox One

Superhot is already out on PC, but come May 3 it'll be time for the Xbox One to shine.
Blurring the lines between cautious strategy and unbridled mayhem, SUPERHOT is the FPS in which time moves only when you move.

No regenerating health bars. No conveniently placed ammo drops. It's just you, outnumbered and outgunned, grabbing the weapons of fallen enemies to shoot, slice, and maneuver through a hurricane of slow-motion bullets.
If you aren't yet sold on the game...
