Capcom Hit with Layoffs; Next Dead Rising Reduced in Scope
This week, Capcom confirmed that roughly 30% of their Vancouver studio were laid off due to a restructuring. This confirmation was provided to Kotaku after rumors started swirling that layoffs were happening. Square Enix Acknowledges Issues with Final Fantasy XV PC Benchmark
The recent Final Fantasy XV benchmark for the PC seems to have had a few issues, as outlined by the team at Gamers Nexus. Among those issues were several LOD and culling issues that led to performance woes for a variety of hardware, especially if you were using anything but an Nvidia GPU.
