ZeniMax has added Samsung to their growing list of entities that they're suing or being sued by over this whole virtual reality technologies thing. It started off with Oculus VR and Palmer Luckey, then John Carmack got (more) involved, then a jury awarded $500M to ZeniMax, and while Oculus VR is looking to appeal the case ZeniMax is out there suing Samsung. E3 2017 Public Passes Sold Out
ESA's move to open up E3 2017 to the general public seems to have been a rather big success for them. The public tickets have now been totally sold out.
That's a rather impressive feat considering there were 15,000 passes available for the public. The first 1,000 tickets for three days were $149 (USD), with the remaining 14,000 going for $249. Tom Brady Named Madden NFL 18 Cover Athlete
With at least four Super Bowl wins and at least one Deflategate controversy under his belt, Tom Brady has been named the cover athlete for Madden NFL 18. This year's game marks a couple of firsts. It's the first time in the franchise's history that teammates graced the cover in back to back years. It's also the first time that the franchise will make use of the Frostbite engine.

Square Enix Wants to Sell Off Hitman Developer IO Interactive
The latest financial report from Square Enix says that they saw "extraordinary financial loss in the financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017."
