Terraria: Otherworld Cancelled After 3 Years of Development
Three years ago Re-Logic announced Terraria: Otherworld, an "alternate dimension" to the Terraria universe that you probably know and maybe even love. The game was going to task players with trying to restore a once-pristine world that has been "overrun by a malevolent force that has corrupted nature itself." It wanted to combine elements of sandbox gameplay with RPG elements and strategy elements. That is to say: It was essentially Terraria set in an alternate universe. Well, it's been c... -

King of Nothing: Billy Mitchell Stripped of Records, Banned
Most of Billy Mitchell's world records and high scores were stripped from him today following allegations that he cheated when he "earned" his high score in Donkey Kong of 1,062,800 points. The records, originally approved by Twin Galaxies, were subsequently stripped by Twin Galaxies following an "extensive research period" into claims that Mitchell utilized an emulator to obtain that high score. Mitchell first earned the record in Donkey Kong back in 1982. He then re-set the record ... -

The reviews for the new PlayStation 4 God of War started to come out early this morning and hot damn, it looks like it's a pretty good game. This places it in the top 0.1% of all games currently reviewed on OpenCritic. Both sites don't have any reviews that are lower than 80% as of the time of this posting. Let's see what some outlets that aren't... -

Original Graphics Restored to Chrono Trigger on PC in First Update
Square Enix released an update for the Steam release of Chrono Trigger today that fans have been waiting for. The biggest change in today's update is the return of the game's original visuals. This is, by far, the most requested change fans wanted since this game was released on the PC in February.
Instead of the updated sprites and background visuals, it brings back graphics closer to what you remember from your childhood.
