Battle for Azeroth is the Fastest Selling World of Warcraft Expansion

The development studio says that sales of Battle for Azeroth sold more than 3.4 million units by the end of the first full day following launch. They go on to say that this breaks day-one sales records not only for the franchise but also made it one of the "fastest-selling PC games of all-time." If you're already playing, Blizza... -

Epic Gives Free Fortnite Emote For Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
If you have an Epic Games account to play Fortnite, chances are you were hit with an email at some point saying that someone tried to get into your account. Hell, I've been there and I have played the game maybe once in a blue moon. Even if you haven't been there, the theft of Fortnite accounts is huge. It's absolutely massive. People steal accounts and then sell them via third-party sites. And depending on how much has been unlocked on the account, or even if the stats are good, they can be... -

Final Review: We Happy Few
A fleeting Joy.
The other week, I put up a review in progress for We Happy Few. For the sake of simplicity, I left that intact below this "final" review section up top here. So, how did We Happy Few fare given the extra time I spent with it? Not well. Not well at all. As the hours continued on, the love affair I had with the game started to chip away. At first it was just a minor annoyance when I would run into issues like poor A.I., but it became harder and harder to ignore. T... -

Doritos, Mountain Dew, D.Va, and music. They all go together like Jif Peanut Butter, Smucker's jelly, and poor attempts at SEO for a gaming website.
Today at Gamescom, Blizzard had a lovely presentation, which you can see in its entirety courtesy of Blizzplanet. But since this presentation video is mostly in German and of the "skaky cam" variety, you may want to pass on it and instead watch these direct feed videos of the new content that was announced. First and foremost is... -

MapleStory 2 Coming this October with a Battle Royale Mode
People love MapleStory. I've never played this MMORPG but I'm assuming from its name that it's a mix of tree or syrup lovers and those who enjoy a good story.
Whatever the case really is, Nexon America announced today that Ocotber 1 is the launch date for MapleStory 2. More maples, more stories. A beta is currently underway for the game. Plus, and get ready for this one, there will be a stand alone version of MapleStory 2's battle royale mode. There will be a little taste of th... -

No New Assassin's Creed Game Planned for 2019 as Ubisoft Plans Long-Term Support for Odyssey
According to Yves Guillemot, as quoted by GameSpot, there will not be a new Assassin's Creed game coming in 2019.
Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot delivered this news earlier at Gamescom.
"On Assassin's, we had a game [in 2018] and we have one this year, but we are not going to have a full-fledged Assassin's next year. It's just because the team were working separately, so we have two games now, one year after the other. But next year you're not going to have a fully fledged... -

Some good news today for those wanting a piping hot injection of all new gameplay footage for The Surge 2. Focus Home Interactive and Deck 13 provide the first look at what they're calling "pre-alpha" gameplay for the sci-fi action RPG.
It's not particularly long, but it's something. The trailer shows off the Park sector, which is located in the middle of a city that has been "ravaged by the events of The Surge."
Devious mercenaries called The Hunters roam the artificial,...

by Shawn ZipayIt's AAAA vs WB.
March isn't even over yet and we've already seen a couple of stinkers come out from major gaming studios. While we tend to focus on the surprise hits or quality titles in these polls, this time it's a little bit different.
Between the Rocksteady developed live-service Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and the "AAAA" quality Ubisoft developed Skull and Bones: Which is the bigger disappointment for you?
