PUBG Partners with FACEIT for Competitive Gaming

PUBG and eSports go together like, well, like two things that sort of go together but not quite and is only somewhat enjoyed by the masses but would maybe be accepted more if the presentation was better than it used to be? You know what I'm talking about.

That's perhaps why today's news about FACEIT and PUBG teaming up is probably a good thing to learn about.

On September 28, PUBG will be added to the FACEIT platform for Europe, North America, and South America....

Valkyria Chronicles 4 is Now Available on Consoles and PC

I do not know much about the Valkyria Chronicles franchise, but I do know that this press announcement for the release of Valkyria Chronicles 4 included a picture of a dog and that's a-ok in my book. You can see the dog in the thumbnail for the trailer below. In all seriousness though, Valkyria Chronicles 4 continues with the turn-based strategy RPG gameplay fans probably already know and love. This entry allows you to "experience the other side of the Second Europan War" and the "Operat...

Former Employee Files Lawsuit Against Telltale for Breaking Labor Laws

The recent and very sudden closure of Telltale left many in the gaming industry saddened. Fans were sad because it their favorite franchises may never be finished or given a sequel. More importantly though, hundreds of employees were let go without advance warning and without severance pay.

A former employee of Telltale is now suing the company in a class-action lawsuit. Polygon reports that the lawsuit was filed in a federal court in San Francisco on Monday. It was submitted by Vernie Roberts on behalf of himself and the other workers that were laid off this past Friday. The suit says that Telltale did not give "cause" and did not give them "advance written notice as required by the WARN Act." ...
