Tim Sweeney is always mad.

The antitrust lawsuit against Valve from Wolfire Games got a little spicy this week. To quickly get you up to speed: Wolfire claims that Valve uses its position with Steam to control game prices and muscle out competition. Though the initial lawsuit against Valve was dismissed, Wolfire amended their suit in May 2022 and the legal battle was back on.

It may have taken almost two years, but we are now starting to see some of the documents that...

Xbox Confirms PlayStation 5 Releases, Diablo 4 on Game Pass, and Future Hardware Plans

No, Starfield and Indiana Jones are not going multi-platform any time soon.

The heads of Xbox stayed true to their word and were indeed a part of a special edition of the Official Xbox Podcast. During today's pre-recorded podcast and subsequent blog post, head of Xbox Phil Spencer stated that four Xbox exclusives are going to be multi-platform releases. Is it Starfield? Indiana Jones? Gears of War? Halo?! No, no, no, and no. Though Spencer did not specify what those four titles ...

  • Paradox Potentially Teasing New Vampire: The Masquerade Game via Dating App ARG

This one is coming at you hot and fast from PC Gamer. A new report from the digital magazine suggests that Paradox Interactive is possibly teasing a new Vampire: The Masquerade game via a fake dating app.

The app is called Tender and it's claim to fame is a "soulmate algorithm." You can even sign into it using your existing Paradox account. And I wouldn't worry too much about actually getting matched with someone. Even their announcement video seems to indicate that...

    Metro Exodus 'Artyom's Nightmare' Trailer

Look, I cannot recall if I already posted this trailer or not. Chances are, I probably missed this last week when it actually came out. However, we're in the here and now and I can't just go and alter history, so I'm posting it for you today. This here is a new trailer for Metro Exodus. If you already watched it, then it's obviously not new, but do spare me the semantics.

4A Games and Deep Silver call this one "Artyom's Nightmare" and it is a CGI animated short. It...

Jump Force Launch Week Begins with New Trailer

The last I checked, there have been roughly 7 million videos released so far for Jump Force. My count may be off by a little bit. However, the videos keep on coming with the launch of the game rapidly approaching.

Today, we get a new trailer for the game. It doesn't show off any one character in particular. Instead, it highlights "the diverse roster of iconic manga heroes and villains as they go toe-to-toe against each other for the fate of our world and theirs."...

New World War Z Trailer Shows Off PvPvZ Multiplayer Gameplay

A new trailer for the upcoming World War Z game shows off some PvPvZ multiplayer action. Get it? Z? Zombies? Clever.

This new trailer does actually show off what parts of the game will be like. Though the core game is still co-op against the zeds, there are some competitive modes that see groups of four going up against another group of four players. Of course, the big wildcard in this is the always present swarm of undead that tends not to pick sides in this competitive battle. They're an equal-opportunity opponent. ...

  • Poll: What is 2024's Biggest Gaming Disappointment So Far?
    by Shawn Zipay
    It's AAAA vs WB.

March isn't even over yet and we've already seen a couple of stinkers come out from major gaming studios. While we tend to focus on the surprise hits or quality titles in these polls, this time it's a little bit different.

Between the Rocksteady developed live-service Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and the "AAAA" quality Ubisoft developed Skull and Bones: Which is the bigger disappointment for you?
