Bethesda is celebrating 25 years of The Elder Scrolls today. On this day back in 1994, Bethesda released the first Elder Scrolls title called The Elder Scrolls: Arena for DOS. And while it's not that easy to play the original Elder Scrolls on modern machines, you should still be able to play The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
It's probably a good thing that FOR TODAY ONLY (March 25, 2019), you can get a free copy of Morrowind to keep forever and ever for the life of the Bethesda.net... -

The classic real-time strategy title, S.W.I.N.E., is getting an HD remaster for the PC. The new release is now appropriately called S.W.I.N.E. HD Remaster, and is targeting a release this Spring.

Is VR going to change gambling?
VR technology has been quite a hot topic in the past couple of years. It went from a thing that you would think as a part of a cyberpunk movie to something you can buy at the price of an XBox.
How is it changing the world of gambling today? Let’s find that out!
How VR changed gaming
Now, VR hasn’t made its big appearance in gambling just yet. The industry as a whole seems to be a year past the tip of technology, to be honest. So since we have... -

Battlefield V 2019 Roadmap Reveals New Map Releases and New Theater of War
DICE has finally provided the roadmap for Battlefield V through Fall 2019. Included in this roadmap are mentions of new maps, which look to begin in May, and a new theater of war. Given the name of the new theater, Awakening the Giant, slated for Fall 2019, is the upcoming theater of war.
Given the title of that new theater, I think it's safe to say that they're referencing the United States. This is based off of the famous quote from Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto in reference to... -

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 Announced, Pre-orders Available Now
After multiple weeks and a few months of teases, including a long running ARG surrounding a dating app called Tinder, we now have an official announcement of Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2. Paradox Interactive made the big reveal just moments ago via a GDC party. The party was "supposed" to be for a new Tinder reveal but thanks to some unintentionally cheesy live-action role playing, it turned out to be a big reveal for Bloodlines 2.
This is a direct sequel... -

An update to the Steam user interface and library has been in the works at Valve for years now. Today, the company finally feels comfortable enough to show off their Steam UI overhaul and did just that during a presentation at GDC 2019. I'd like to first thank Game Informer and PC Gamer (and again) for a lot of the information and screenshots you'll see below.

First up, let's talk about the changes coming to how your Library will look and function with this new update.... -

And that's your explanation. Look for Mortal Kombat 11 on March 28 for the beta and April 23 for the full release of the game on PS4, XB1, Switch, and PC.

Today at GDC, Facebook announced a new version of their Oculus Rift headset that they're simply calling the Oculus Rift S. They announced a $399 (USD) price point for the device that will start shipping later this Spring.
On paper, the headset sounds like a decent device. It features an LCD 2560x1440 panel (1280x1440 per eye), better pixel density compared to the Rift, updated lenses, an 80Hz refresh rate, updated Oculus Touch controllers (functionally the same as the old ones),...

by Shawn ZipayIt's AAAA vs WB.
March isn't even over yet and we've already seen a couple of stinkers come out from major gaming studios. While we tend to focus on the surprise hits or quality titles in these polls, this time it's a little bit different.
Between the Rocksteady developed live-service Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and the "AAAA" quality Ubisoft developed Skull and Bones: Which is the bigger disappointment for you?
