A new rumor was fired up yesterday from cinelinx.com that says a remake of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is currently in the works. There might be a bit of validity behind this rumor, we aren't exactly sure ourselves. The track record of cinelinx is unknown to us, but it's a slow news day so let's roll with it.

The site claims that two independent sources have told them that Knights of the Old R...

  • Court Rules that Player's Free Speech Rights Weren't Violated After Being Banned From a Video Game

Imagine that, a gamer was dumb enough to argue about free speech rights.

A federal court dismisses a case where an (alleged) moron complained about his free speech rights being violated in a video game. A Pennsylvania man actually tried to claim that his civil rights were violated after he was muted by the developers in an online video game.

To interject briefly: Yes, there are indeed people that don't have a fucking clue what "freedom of speech" actually means....

Some Twitter User Leaked the First Images of Xbox Series X

Or it's just a big fake. Who knows anymore.

Twitter user @Doug_DragoX apparently has access to the Xbox Series X, or just "Xbox," or the "Xbox Formerly Known as Xbox Series X" depending on what day of the week it is.

So far, all we've really seen for the upcoming Xbox have been some official CG renders and mockups from various sources. We also haven't gotten a good look at the back of the device, even in these officially released renders. Either Microsoft...

Konami Remembers That They Used to Make Video Games

They're probably just teasing more pachinko machines.

Recently, the former video game developer Konami updated their key visual on their recruitment page. The new art showcases some really iconic characters from some of Konami's biggest and best franchises over the past 50 years.

What jobs are they recruiting for? Beats me. I saw someone make the joke that they must be using this image to hire gravediggers and that gave me a sad chuckle. So let's just run with that....

Ultra Instinct Goku Joining Dragon Ball FighterZ Roster

    MoreGoku4U

Ultra Instinct Goku is coming soon to the Dragon Ball FighterZ roster. That's it. We have some art for him. There's no release date nor literally anything else to share. Such is the way with a lot of these announcements from Bandai Namco.

I could look up some background information about the character, but I frankly do not care about this franchise enough, nor anime in general, to do that.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
