Fallout 76 Hits Steam as Wastelanders Update Releases for Everyone

A two for one special on Fallout 76 news.

April 14 not only marks the release date for Fallout 76 on Steam, but it also marks the day in which the Wastelanders update released across all platforms. Those who have been holding off on picking up Fallout 76 because it was exclusive to the Bethesda launcher, because it was a terribly buggy mess for many months, or because of the lack of humans should wait no longer.

Many of those previous concerns seem to be addressed now?...

Newly Announced XCOM: Chimera Squad Set to Release on April 24

It's more than XCOM 2 but not quite XCOM 3.

Charlotte Smoothie Joining One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4

Smoothie to be added this Summer.

Charlotte Smoothie is the 14th daughter and 35th child of the Charlotte family. She will be joining the roster for One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 this Summer. Bandai Namco tells us that Smoothie is a "statuesque woman who is part of the Longleg Tribe and serves as one of the Three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates."

These are all certainly words that are being used to describe a character that I have zero idea about.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is Out Now on PlayStation 4

A remake three console generations in the making.

According to Wikipedia, Square had originally promised to release a remake for Final Fantasy VII back on the PlayStation 2. This was in the early 2000s. They also apparently promised to get out remakes for Final Fantasy VIII and Final Fantasy IX. Obviously, none of these remakes ever really came to pass, at least not on the PlayStation 2. The team at Square was just too busy working on the actual PlayStation 2 Final Fantasy titles that...

BlizzCon 2020 both exists and does not exist.

Blizzard has apparently been getting slammed by fans wondering if BlizzCon 2020 will still even happen this year. As there have already been countless other events that have been postponed or outright cancelled due to Covid-19, this isn't exactly a weird thing to be wondering even if the event is commonly held in November. It's been a wild year so far with absolutely anything and everything being a possibility at this point.
