Review: FUSION Pro Wired Controller for Xbox One

The best feeling controller I've ever used.

Much like its FightPad sibling, the Fusion Pro Wired Controller for Xbox One is also an officially licensed product from Microsoft. That is about where the similarities end between these two drastically different peripherals. Where the FightPad is focused on just one specific genre, the Fusion Pro is built to take on all types of games.

This controller features a soft touch plastic faceplate, rubberized back, metallic accent rings, the same snap-lock USB cable from the FightPad, a 3.5mm audio jack on...

Review: FUSION Wired FightPad for Xbox One

A design blast from the past.

About a month ago, we brought you news on some new controllers coming out from PowerA. Specifically, the news was about the company's new FUSION Pro controllers and their FUSION FightPad offerings. At the same time, we were offered the opportunity to review these controllers.

Over the past month, I have put both the black FUSION Pro Wired Controller for Xbox One and the FUSION Wired FightPad for Xbox One through their paces. Of the two, I have spent far more time with the Pro controller, but you can read about that...

Review: GreedFall (PC)

A long and thrilling journey.

GreedFall is a game that filled a gaping void I did not know I had for a new action-RPG experience. Though it lacks some of the polish you would expect from a major game release these days, the game still rewards the player with fun and varied combat, complex story beats, and an overall experience that should make even the veterans at BioWare sit up and take notice. For those of you that have been on the fence about picking up GreedFall, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not go pick it up right now.

The cowards just doubled down.

Taking a page from politicians and businesses that know late on Friday is the best time to release news that you are positively ashamed to share, Blizzard has finally issued a statement about the recent ban on Blitzchung and two Hearthstone casters.

Before we get into it all, let's just read what they have to say. Here is Blizzard's full statement as it currently appears on their website.

Despite a reduction of six months for the suspension, Blizzard is still punishing Blitzchung. The...

  • Check Out the Electrifying Moves of Raiden and Black Lightning in Injustice 2

WBIE, DC Entertainment, and NetherRealm released a first-look trailer for Raiden's upcoming arrival in Injustice 2. The Mortal Kombat veteran was given a new reveal trailer today.

Perhaps the more important bit here is that Black Lightning will be included as a new Premiere Skin for Raiden. Black Lightning will also be included with the Ultimate Edition and Ultimate Pack for Injustice 2. Should it have been Black Lightning with a secondary skin of Raiden? Yeah, probably, since this isn't a Mortal Kombat game, but what can you do?

Why You Should Avoid Playing in Land-based Casinos

Gamblers are often confused regarding the best options- online casinos or land-based ones. This is when online casino reviews play their role. By providing detailed information on the availability of games, the probability of winning jackpots, possible bonuses and promotions, it clarifies everything about online playing. Now coming to the main question as to picking the right mode of gaming, we cannot deny the fact that online-based ones have always pampered gamers a lot. Let us extend this debate in the section below and see for ourselves why we should ...

  • Steam Surpasses 15 Million Concurrent Users as PUBG Surpasses Dota 2 Player Record

Whew, PC gaming sure is dead, eh? We have some new records to announce to you today. First up, Steam has surpassed 15 million concurrent users. This means that all around the world statues crumble for me there were 15 million people logged into Steam but not necessarily playing games. Still though, it's impressive. What is even more impressive is when you realize that this breaks the previous record of around 14.7 million users, which happened last weekend. That, in turn, broke the previous record of 14.5 million users from the weekend before that. That 14.5 m...

WWE Mayhem Announced - New Mobile Wrestling Game

Reliance Games just announced a new free-to-play mobile title is in the works that should appeal to WWE fans. WWE Mayhem is being billed as an "arcade action" game with "over-the-top signature moves enhanced by unlockable content when used in conjunction with items from a forthcoming Mattel action figure line." So it's kind of like a mobile WWE arcade game with amiibo-like support.

Nintendo showed off a wealth of new footage earlier this evening for Super Mario Odyssey. The Nintendo Direct featured over seven minutes of new gameplay and story details related to the game. Take a look at that alongside some too hot for TV images of a shirtless Mario.

    Apparently that's a big thing.

Though I must admit, finding out that he waxes did come as a shock.

The reason why one of the images is vertical? Well, you can take photos in a new photo mode for Super Mario Odyss...

  • Bungie Unlocks New PvP Map After First Destiny 2 Raid is Completed

Bungie Unlocks New PvP Map After First Destiny 2 Raid is Completed

Earlier today, Bungie released the first raid for Destiny 2. The Raid, Leviathan, was conquered by the first raid team about five hours after the floodgates were open on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. As a special bonus, Bungie then unlocked a new Crucible PvP map for everyone after the first team completed the raid. The new map is called Emperor's Respite and you can play on it right now. Unlocking new content for everyone like this is a very neat gesture by Bungie. Though you have to wonder if this thread will continue moving forward with future raid...
