  An alpha test is also slated to begin this weekend.
  
  Last week, Activision officially revealed 2021's Call of Duty release. It's called Call of Duty: Vanguard and it takes place in an alternate history WWII setting. An alpha test for the game's multiplayer is scheduled to begin on August 27 and run through to August 29, but this is exclusive to PlayStation consoles.

  Twitch Streamers Organize Boycott to Protest Hate Raids

  Multiple Twitch streamers are planning on boycotting the platform in protest of hate raids that have been hitting marginalized streamers across the site for a while now. They feel as though Twitch has done very little to prevent these hate raids from happening in the first place.
  
  For those in the dark, these "hate raids" are when a streamer is targeted by someone, or multiple someones, that spam the streamer's chat with hate speech....

  Ubisoft shared news today that they will be updating Assassin's Creed Odyssey with Title Update 1.6.0 tomorrow, August 24.   Over the past several months, Epic Games has been in a legal battle with Apple. Back in May, a ton of information was shared on the Internet concerning the internal operations of both companies, this just happened to include word that Epic was offering Sony millions of dollars to get first-party PlayStation titles on to the PC.   343 Industries that they are delaying some fairly major parts of Halo Infinite for some unknown time after launch. The developers say that they want to focus on getting the single-player campaign finished along with the competitive multiplayer.
