If you take the first letter in this headline, it doesn't spell anything at all.

Electronic Arts says that Dead Space (the remake) will be released on January 27, 2023. Prior to this announcement, Dead Space was expected to launch in early 2023 and it looks like that time frame is still very much on track.

Near the end of his show, Grubb told the viewers that he was indeed aware of the title of the sequel. After giving a few clues, a Giant Bomb member going by the name of colonelsanders21 was the first to...

    Netflix's Resident Evil Teaser

Well, it's got zombies at least. Sort of?

A new teaser for the upcoming Netflix adaptation of Resident Evil came out today. It, um, it's a trailer that much is certain.

Netflix has been working on adapting Resident Evil to a TV series for a little while now. We were introduced to the cast back in June 2021, a cast that includes Lance Reddick as Albert Wesker.

What we see here today sure is something. I'm not sure I would even realize this was anything related...

Starfield and Redfall Delayed Until 2023

    This is not completely unexpected.

Bethesda took to Twitter today to announce that both Starfield and Redfall have been delayed. The games will no longer launch within 2022 and are now expected to be released in the first half of 2023.

Redfall is the open-world, vampire-slaying, co-op game that is in development at Arkane Austin. We really haven't seen much about the game since it made its debut at E3 2021, even though it was supposed to be out some time this Summer....

Dying Light 2 Story DLC Delayed

The season of delays is upon us again.

Techland tweeted out some unfortunate news earlier today. The first planned story DLC for Dying Light 2 Stay Human has been delayed. The new story content is now expected to be released in September.

Techland says that they simply need more time to develop the new content. That is pretty much the entirety of this.

To keep fans occupied until September, there will be some smaller bits released in the months preceding it....

First Games to Use AMD's FSR 2.0 Upscaling Announced

    Besides Deathloop.

In June 2021, AMD launched the 1.0 release of what they call FidelityFX Super Resolution. This was kind of AMD's answer to Nvidia's DLSS technology, except it did not require the use of special hardware and could be used by graphics cards dating back several generations. FSR allows users to upscale an image to provide them with better performance while still looking kind of good.

FSR 1.0 isn't perfect, nor does it do as good a job as DLSS, but it did...

This is officially FromSoftware's most successful game to date.

The final tally is in, and it seems like Elden Ring sold over 13.4 million copies in a bit over its first month of availability. This makes Elden Ring the best selling FromSoftware title of all time.

Of course, we kind of already knew this. We previously heard that Elden Ring sold over 12 million copies in its first three weeks of availability. That means that an additional 1.4 million copies were sold over...

Wolfire's Antitrust Lawsuit Against Valve is Back On

Wolfire's amended lawsuit is given the greenlight by the court.

In April 2021, Wolfire Games filed a lawsuit against Valve. The lawsuit claimed that through Steam, Valve somehow suppresses the competition. The lawsuit was dismissed in November 2021 because it failed to meet necessary standards for the court. Wolfire had 30 days to amend their complaint and refile it. They did just that and a judge has now ruled that the case may move forward.

    The original lawsuit from...
