MLB The Show is No Longer a PlayStation Exclusive

Soon, MLB The Show will be available on more than just Sony's platforms.

It has just been announced that starting as soon as 2021's release, MLB The Show will no longer be a PlayStation platform exclusive. Though other platforms have not yet been specified, both the official Nintendo and Xbox Twitter accounts were quick to comment on this new development.

For the past dozen or so years, MLB The Show has been developed by San Diego Studio, a subsidiary of Sony Interactive Entertainment. Sony has also had the exclusive rights to develop and publish...

2K just announced today that they have opened up a new game development studio under their publishing umbrella. The new studio is called Cloud Chamber and will have not one but two different locations for their operations. The team will operate both out of 2K's San Francisco Bay Area HQ in Novato, CA in addition to a new location in Montreal, Quebec. This marks the first Canadian office for 2K.

The other big surprise today is the fact that Cloud Chamber has...

DICE Nerfed the TTK Yet Again in Battlefield V

Almost one year later and DICE is repeating the same exact mistakes.

Back on December 12, 2018, DICE decided to adjust the TTK (Time To Kill) for weapons in Battlefield V. A lot of the changes made weapons a fair bit less effective at actually taking out enemies. DICE said that they found that their "wider player base was dying too fast." That is to say, the shorter TTK wasn't too friendly for new players. To say that the core Battlefield community hated the changes is probably a massive understatement.

So, DICE tried to find a compromise...

Resident Evil 3 Remake Cover Art Leaked

Features a look at Jill, Carlos, and Nemesis.

We seem to have yet another leak on our hands today. This time it's for the still not officially announced remake of Resident Evil 3. It seems as though the cover art for this totally not real game was found on the servers for the PlayStation Store.

A games tracker feature on Gamstat quickly embeded the images from the PlayStation Store and thus made them visible publicly. Since then the images were pulled from being publicly accessible on the PlayStation Store. It's a good thing Gematsu saved the...

  • Hilde Returns to Soulcalibur 6

    Hilde Returns to Soulcalibur 6

The classic character arrives as DLC.

A franchise favorite fighter is about to return as a DLC release for Soulcalibur 6. The returning character is none other than Hildegard von Krone, or Hilden as she's more commonly known. Hilden sees her return as the eight piece of DLC content released for Season Pass 2.

We have a little video to share of Hilde in action. You can find that below. This email literally doesn't have any date attached to it, so I'm assuming Hilde isn't out yet. The trailer says that Season 2 is coming soon, so maybe none of...

Diablo 4 is Always Online and Includes Microtransactions

This is the Diablo you pictured, right?

Yesterday, Blizzard took time away from appeasing China to kick off their two day BlizzCon event for 2019. One of yesterday's big reveals was the announcement that Diablo 4 is coming. What they didn't share in their reveal announcement to the public is the fact that Diablo 4 will require an online connection.

Not only that, but Diablo 4 will include microtransactions. Of course, all of this has a chance to change over the course of development, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. Speaking of development,...

As with the other reveals made today, Diablo IV does not yet have a release date. However, we do know that it's in development for the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. So far we know of three classes: Druid, Barbarian, and Sorceress. We also know that you will be traveling...

Overwatch 2 Announced - First Details and Screenshots

It's a sequel but you still play multiplayer with the first game.

Blizzard announced Overwatch 2 today at BlizzCon. This sequel adds in a few PvE focused modes as well as the same multiplayer you are probably already well aware of.

Up to four players can join forces to do battle against the computer in a series of Story Missions. There are also Hero Missions where players will have to defend cities against robot invasions. Both of these modes sound a lot like the limited time seasonal events that they already had in the first Overwatch. Only...

Diablo Immortal BlizzCon 2019 Screenshots and Gameplay Details

    You still have phones, right?

New details surfaced today out of BlizzCon 2019 for the upcoming mobile only Diablo game. First revealed at BlizzCon 2018, Blizzard has been quite quiet on all things related to Diablo Immortal. Today, they broke that silence to finally provide actual details about this game that made headlines last year for all the wrong reasons.

Blizzard is calling Diablo Immortal a "full-fledged Blizzard quality mobile MMO ARPG Diablo experience." At present, Diablo Immortal is still in development for Android and iOS...

Assuming you trust a random Redditor, of course.

A Redditor with a history of leaking some very accurate information on a number of titles, is at it again. Reddit user PracticalBrush12 just posted some of the first details on Diablo 4 just a day ahead of the start of BlizzCon 2019.

To put some things into perspective here, PracticalBrush12 provided very accurate details for Persona 5S, provided the name of Ghost Recon: Breakpoint before it was announced, and even provided info about Pokemon Sword and Shield ahead of its announcement. It is because...

Sony announced their November 2019 free games for those subscribed to PlayStation Plus. Those games are none other than Nioh and Outlast 2. These games will be available to download for those with active PlayStation Plus subscriptions starting on November 5.

Nioh is an action-RPG that is a bit like Dark Souls but if Dark Souls was a bit faster paced, set in ancient Japan, and had cute little green characters called Kodama.
