    Tencent Acquires Turtle Rock Studios

    The former Valve subsidiary turned independent studio is now owned by Tencent.

    Tencent has announced that they have acquired Turtle Rock Studios, the development studio responsible for Back 4 Blood and Left 4 Dead. The press release sent out today says that Tencent acquired Turtle Rock Studios' parent company, Slamfire, Inc.

    Techland says that even five-year old hardware should be able to run the game.

    The PC system requirements were revealed today for Dying Light 2 Stay Human. The requirements include both the minimum system requirements for running the game at 1080p and 30fps.     May and into June is usually when the mid-year lull begins for new game releases. Yet here we are in June 2023 and there are some big games either already out or coming out in the weeks ahead.
