Review: The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition

An easy purchase for new players but maybe a hard sell for existing owners.

It was not until I reinstalled the original PC release of The Outer Worlds that I was able to really appreciate the improvements made with the release of The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition. Initially, I believed that this looked exactly like the same game that I had played on PC back in late 2019 when it first came out.

"I'm just not seeing what makes this Spacer's Choice Edition worth...

Saints Row Distances Self from Elden Ring with Lengthy Delay

February 2022 just got a little less packed.

The Saints Row reboot was originally scheduled to be released on February 25, 2022. If that date sounds familiar to you, it's probably because that's the exact same date that Elden Ring moved to after receiving its own delay.

Saints Row will now release on August 23, 2022. Even if you ignore that Elden Ring would be released on February 25, the month of February 2022 was already looking to be pretty stacked. In that month alone...

Maneater Gets Ray Tracing Update on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X

This news goes alongside word of the game being played by over 5 million people.

Tripwire Interactive has a two-fold announcement for Maneater fans today. First is word that the action-RPG where you play as a shark has hit the 5 million player mark. It's probably important to keep in mind that it's not that they sold 5 million copies of the game, just that 5 million people have played the game. Maneater was, after all, one of the free PlayStation Plus titles for January 2021.

Grand Theft Auto Trilogy is Once Again Playable on PC

Though it's still a buggy mess.

Last week, Rockstar games pulled Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition from PC. The games were first made inaccessible from purchase and play on the Rockstar Games Launcher after Rockstar took the servers down for "maintenance" on November 11. The severs continued to be down through November 12, which left those that purchased the game on PC unable to play the games they paid for.

It wasn't until later in the day...

One of the downs came in the form of a gold duplication glitch that was fairly quickly fixed by Amazon Games. • Poll: What Platform Do you Game on the Most?
    by Shawn Zipay
Do you prefer consoles? PC? Maybe mobile is your preferred platform?

Do you like playing on consoles? Do you prefer to play games on PC? What about mobile games? Maybe you prefer to spend most of your time on your phone playing this, that, or the other....
