Review: FUSION Pro Wired Controller for Xbox One

The best feeling controller I've ever used.

Much like its FightPad sibling, the Fusion Pro Wired Controller for Xbox One is also an officially licensed product from Microsoft. That is about where the similarities end between these two drastically different peripherals. Where the FightPad is focused on just one specific genre, the Fusion Pro is built to take on all types of games.

This controller features a soft touch plastic faceplate, rubberized back, metallic accent rings, the same snap-lock USB cable from the FightPad, a 3.5mm audio jack on...

Review: FUSION Wired FightPad for Xbox One

A design blast from the past.

About a month ago, we brought you news on some new controllers coming out from PowerA. Specifically, the news was about the company's new FUSION Pro controllers and their FUSION FightPad offerings. At the same time, we were offered the opportunity to review these controllers.

Over the past month, I have put both the black FUSION Pro Wired Controller for Xbox One and the FUSION Wired FightPad for Xbox One through their paces. Of the two, I have spent far more time with the Pro controller, but you can read about that...

This news comes hot on the heels of word that Modern Warfare is doing away with paid map packs and loot boxes.

Each weapon now also has 100 earnable camo patterns and an average of 50 attachments. You...

Review: GreedFall (PC)

A long and thrilling journey.

GreedFall is a game that filled a gaping void I did not know I had for a new action-RPG experience. Though it lacks some of the polish you would expect from a major game release these days, the game still rewards the player with fun and varied combat, complex story beats, and an overall experience that should make even the veterans at BioWare sit up and take notice. For those of you that have been on the fence about picking up GreedFall, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not go pick it up right now.

Blizzard Issues Insultingly Pathetic Statement About Blitzchung Suspension and Reasoning

The cowards just doubled down.

Taking a page from politicians and businesses that know late on Friday is the best time to release news that you are positively ashamed to share, Blizzard has finally issued a statement about the recent ban on Blitzchung and two Hearthstone casters.

Before we get into it all, let's just read what they have to say. Here is Blizzard's full statement as it currently appears on their website.

Despite a reduction of six months for the suspension, Blizzard is still punishing Blitzchung. The...

  • Nvidia Finally Begins to Adopt Universal Adaptive-Sync, Opens Doors to More G-Sync Compatible Monitors

As part of their CES 2019 keynote presentation, Nvidia announced that they will begin to support a number of "G-Sync Compatible" monitors.

In short, Nvidia is opening the door, albeit slowly, to supporting monitors that use VESA's Adaptive-Sync technologies that aren't specifically called "G-Sync." G-Sync just being Nvidia's specific form of Adaptive-Sync that they make users pay a premium for by way of specialized monitors. Next Alien Game is a Mobile Romp

Alien: Isolation is a fantastic horror game from Creative Assembly and Sega. Fans want a sequel but that's just not in the cards right now. In fact, most of the dev team that worked on Alien: Isolation aren't even with the studio any longer.

In spite of that, fans still believed and hoped that an Alien: Isolation sequel was in the cards when the Alien Twitter account began to tease something new just a couple of days ago. ...

Though an official announcement has not yet been made, it seems all to clear that Catherine is headed to the PC.

You Can Now Play P.T. on the PC in VR

Unreal PT is what happens when someone takes assets from P.T., puts them back together in Unreal Engine 4, and adds in VR support because to hell with everything, you weren't going to sleep tonight anyway. For those that forgot about P.T., it is the "Playable Teaser" that was created by Kojima Productions and Guillermo Del Toro back in 2014. It was revealed and released without anybody knowing just what it was all about. Most who dove in thought it was just a unique horror demo and that was it. It wasn't until clever puzzle solvers discovered that it was an i...
