  • Three Ways To Ruin E3...And How To Avoid Them

In the latest entry in our editorial series From the Editors' Desk, ThQp details what could possibly go wrong at E3, as well as how to avoid it. Check it out:
The Electronics Entertainment Expo (E3) was once the largest, most exciting, but above all most entertaining conventions of the gaming year. Unfortunately, the event has taken some serious hits in recent years as the public is no longer on the invite list and developers have been growing tired of presenting to a few thousand members of the press. It is amazing, then, that this year's E3 has made such a comeback.

Anyone paying attention to the gaming industry over the past few weeks will undoubtedly be excited, as this year is shaping up to be bigger and better than anything in recent times. The people are back (over 60,000 attendees have registered this year), the developers are back (with the exception of Blizzard, but they have a small event for themselves later this Summer), but most importantly, the hype is back.

Everything seems to be going well for the folks at the ESA, but could things go wrong? Of course they could, that's what makes this whole event so fun. Now, I can see the Big Three making some mistakes at the event, and believe me, they are all quite possible.
