• Music in Gaming - Pint Shot Riot Interview

As part of our "Music in Gaming" series here on Total Gaming Network, we're aiming to bring both the gamers and musicians featured in games closer together. This month's featured band has been the UK band Pint Shot Riot. Their music has been featured in such games as The Sims 3. Thanks to Artwerk, the dedicated music label for Electronic Arts, we were able to ask Pint Shot Riot member Baby Dave some questions. Check it out:

Rocket and Mini are cousins, and they found me through a recording studio they were using at the time. After a while we needed a new guitarist and we found Rob kinda the same way through another studio and we realised we had a great balance and could do good things together.

What has your experience been like working with Artwerk and Electronic Arts?

Excellent. We all knew who E.A was so we were very happy when we started working with them.

Your single “Punches Kicks Trenches and Swords” is featured in the Sims 3. What was it like hearing your music in a game?

Well, we haven't heard it actually on the game yet! We are really looking forward to hearing and seeing it all come together.

We'd like to thank Baby Dave from Pint Shot Riot for taking the time out to answer our questions! If you'd like to learn more about the band, and to see previous coverage we've had on them, visit this thread.
