It's a proprietary anti-cheat client to add another layer of protection in addition to PunkBuster/Valve Anti-Cheat (depending on the game). CAL, CEVO, and the TGL all have their own custom anti-cheat clients for an added level of AC. It's a small program that doesn't take up much resources, and it currently doesn't have any network capability (it doesn't send or receive data).
The program creates encrypted files on the users hard drive, these files are saved for a time period of three weeks (and then you may delete them). These files may be requested by a TGL AC admin if your team is disputed. The program is required for all official TGL competition.
