The Total Gaming League has announced that starting in January 2008 it will be host two cash prize leagues, one for Counter Strike 1.6 and Counter Strike Source. Read more below:

We have decided to support both the CS 1.6 and CS:S communities. Beginning in early January, we will host one NA Open League for each game, with cash prizes of $5000 for each! Registration is free as always and our new anti-cheat client is currently in beta testing and is on schedule to be available for our CS debut!
The schedule and rule sets are posted in the appropriate league sections. We're currently working on the server configs and custom GUI. Finally, we need more CS staff to make this whole operation a success, so please fill out an application if you're interested.
