FPS Bits - Fallout 3, F.E.A.R 2, and Call of Duty

Here's all the news that's fit to print, but completely unworthy of having separate news pieces written about them.
    • Since the release of the first title in 2003, the Call of Duty series has sold a whopping 35 million units globally.

    • Also in Call of Duty news, Call of Duty: World at War has reclaimed its top spot on the UK sales charts for last week.

    • Bethesda and Connect Entertainment have agreed to terms that will allow Fallout 3 to be distributed in 19 additional regions. Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Lebanon, Qatar, Egypt, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, and Montenegro will see the game released on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.

    • Monolith's Dave Matthews feels as though the F.E.A.R. expansions and console ports may have pushed some fans away from the series.

    • A number of glitches have been found in Gears of War 2, some of which are potentially game breaking if you're a fan of multiplayer. We have that video after the break.

    • One last bit that has nothing to do with FPS gaming, but is certainly for a good cause is the fact that you can win a lifetime subscription to World of Warcraft by donating to a charity. For each donation of at least $25 made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society will add your name into a random drawing for a year of WoW with up to three winners. One additional drawing will be made and that winner will receive WoW for free for as long as they play the game. The deadline to donate for this is January 8, 2009.
That has been another dose of newsbits. We hope you enjoyed the extra herbs and spices that we added just for you.[break="gears of war 2 is kinda glitchy - NSFW if you don't like swearing"]
