In a recent interview with Eurogamer, the Fallout 3 team at Bethesda discussed plans for an upcoming patch. They didn't discuss much, but they did hint at a patch coming soon for the PC version of the title.
As far as fixes, there's a PC update coming out later today that will address a few PC-specific things that have come up. Can't give you any details yet beyond that as far as what else might be in the works for any of the three platforms.In related news, Fallout 3 has outsold the previous Fallout titles combined. This is at least the case in the UK. Also of note is that the game had a stronger first week showing to the tune of 57% more sales than The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Of these first week sales, the PC sales only accounted for 17% of the total.
