The PC BETA for Call of Duty: World at War is still certainly on its way. There have been a few key information updates at the Call of Duty website recently concerning the PC BETA.
Anybody who signs up at the Call of Duty website will have access to the upcoming PC BETA. If you aren't registered by now, head on over and sign up.
Gamers will have a profile and a single name per profile. Clan prefixes will be separate and will be customizable. On the PC, you'll be able to invite friends into your party in order to game together and form a squad together.
Servers will be restricted to Windows machines only. After the BETA ends, all stats, profiles, and ranks will be wiped just as they will be on the console version.
The release date for the PC BETA is not yet known, but it should be coming soon.
