Still three weeks away from release, the Xbox 360 version of Fallout 3 has been illegally pirated. The file, available at various torrent downloading sites, requires a modified Xbox 360 system in order to play.
Despite this, the game has apparently been downloaded by thousands of people already. With the game already sent to be copied for distribution, it's believed that someone at the manufacturing facility leaked the game's code.
As noted in the Gamasutra report, the PC version of the title has not appeared illegally anywhere.
