The rumor that just won't die is back yet again for another round. A couple of retailers in the UK have online listings for pre-orders of the PlayStation 3 version of Left 4 Dead.
Both retailers have a pre-order option with the game set to be released on November 7 of this year. Now, unless things have suddenly changed in the past month, there is no PS3 version in the works. Repeat, there is no PlayStation 3 version of Left 4 Dead in production. Even if there was, there is no way it would suddenly get done within a month's time.
Something tells me there are going to be a good number of refunds going out for those who unwittingly pre-ordered a game that doesn't actually exist.
