VP of Marketing for Bethesda, Pete Hines, states that the PlayStation 3 version of Fallout 3 will not include out of the box Trophy support.
Not at launch.Fallout 3 is currently set to be released on October 28 in the US, right around the same time as Sony's Home is rumored to be released.
It remains to be seen what we do down the road. It wasn't something we were able to incorporate into the game for launch.
