While speaking with Kotaku about Left 4 Dead at this year's Games Convention, Valve's Doug Lombardi hinted at the possibility that the "final" cover art may not actually be the final version at all.
Kotaku asked of the current cover art, "why does it have a right hand," instead of the more pun-inducing left hand. Lombardi, apparently having been asked this question before, replied with, "All I can say is 'stay tuned'."
