    Total Gaming League's Mini-League for Counter-Strike

This news comes directly from James over at the Total Gaming League website. I'll just have his words fill you in on all of the nitty, gritty details on this Counter-Strike league.
The Total Gaming League is proud to announce a Summer Mini-League for CounterStrike: Source. Matches will begin on Tuesday August 12th; the map list, rule set, and server config are still being finalized.

This mini-league will run approximately six weeks, depending on the specific release date for the new TGL website once it is completed, and there will be no playoffs or league champions. However, there will be prizing. The top three teams (as determined by team weight and tie-breakers) at the conclusion of the mini-league will receive a free 12-slot server from MyInternetServices.com for a 3-month time period.

This event represents a time for the TGL to gauge interest, and to test new maps and rules. We encourage everyone to participate and provide us with your highly respected feedback in the official Mini-League Forum. Registration for a full league season will begin as soon as the new site is released, and we look forward to acquiring additional prizing for TGL members in these future events.
Well, look at that! Cash? Prizes? News about Counter-Strike? If you can prevent yourself from fainting, then head on over to the Mini-League website and enroll your team for the event.
