The Insurgency Mod team has put up two change logs for their Source powered title. First up, they have the changes planned for 2.1 BETA.
Secondly, the team has released a tenitive feature listing for BETA 3 of their mod. BETA 3 will make exclusive use of the Orange Box version of the Source Engine. So long as your SDK Base is updated completely, there is no need for you to own the OB in order to play BETA 3 once it is released. New maps are planned, new features, and a completely redesigned interface are all in the works.
