Two new games are set to hit Steam in the upcoming weeks, Painkiller: Overdose and Clive Barker's Jericho.
Painkiller: Overdose acts as a prequel to the first title. In the same vein as a Series Sam title, you will be faced with a great number of enemies coming at you all at once as you fend them off with the use of 6 different weapons (all with their own, unique secondary fire that effectively creates almost 12 weapons). The title is due for release on October 30, at only $35.95 if you order before this date, and a demo is available on Steam to give you a small taste of what to expect.
Clive Barker's Jericho, coming out later today for NA and on October 26 for the rest of the world, is a unique squad based "horror FPS." Each member of your team specializes in a unique para-psychological ability. As you battle against an ancient evil set to destroy Earth, you'll switch between each of your squad members, on the fly, in order to best utilize all of their abilities to the fullest. Jericho is slated to his Steam with a $39.95 price point.
