CVG has taken it upon themselves to compare the 360 and the PC versions of Episode 2 and Portal, at least from a graphical stand point. They compare both Episode 2 and Portal.
The video comparisons can be found at the bottom of each page. As you might expect, a high-end PC running at maxed out graphical settings with 16xAA and 16xAF does look a slight bit better than the 360 version does. There also seems to be darker shadows on the PC version as well.
