Counter-Strike Center has gotten the blessing to translate some German Voice Comm guide nonsense into a perfect English Voice Comm guide. Here's a tidbit:
You must speak in a loud and clear tone, This way, the program gauges your voice. Keep the same tone until the recording bar moves little or none. I advise you to say simple sentences like: "hello" or "Testing the sound level"... if the simple, "hello" didn't suffice. Once the bar is stable, click next. The next part is almost the same, except that you test the speaker volume here. This is where you determine if the speakers are too loud or not loud enough. Once you are satisfied with your volume, click next to arrive at the last screen of the installation. There, click on finish and launch Counter strike.Thanks Cypher.
