WiLDCaRD: well since I've gone 32 players the only maps that come with the Official Release of Counter-Strike are De_Dust and AS_Tundra.. only recently its been brought to my attention that you can modify the spawn points ( server side ) thus allow you to play any map virtually with 32 players so in a nutshell De_dust would have to be the most popular map on my server. the design of the map is flawless so many different tactical positions you can take allowing you to play.
