The Cyberathlete Professional League announced their new partnership with SpeakEasy.net, as well as their next event: the SpeakEasy.net $25,000 Counter-Strike Tournament. Sounds like a little more than a mouthful for a name, but I suppose when you're getting paid to play games with your friends, you shouldn't kiss a gift-horse in the mouth... wait, that's not how that goes... Anyway, on April 12-15, 50 teams will be making their way to my backyard (Dallas) to compete at the Hyatt Regency hotel, the spot picked for most CPL events.
