EvilAvatar has word from the official Dreamcast mag that Counter-Strike may be released for DreamCast. Here's the word:
CD2 sounds a lot like Half-Life: CS.. Does this mean CS will ship final soon, or they'll just break PC/Dreamcast compatibility?Scoop 1: The game will be released in two separate packages. The first, due for release this November, will include a graphically enhanced version of Half-Life, as well as an entirely new adventure entitled 'Blue Shift' developed specifically for the Dreamcast.
Scoop 2: Shortly thereafter -- January of 2001-ish -- Sierra will release a separate MULTIPLAYER game, which will include Opposing Force, Team Fortress 1.5, Half-Life multiplayer and possibly even Counter-Strike.
