This one came out of the blue! As a blessing, cleof and goosey have went ahead and posted the CS 6.2 test DLL for win 32 server admins ONLY.. Here's what's addressed:

-fixes camera stuck bug (when killed)If you recall, that camera bug has been with us since beta 1! Finally, the horror of it all is over
-adds "mp_tkpunish 0/1" to toggle on the round sitting out of a TK'er
-prevents skin cheating (by using the menuselect 3 command)
