I recieved an email from a fellow Counter-Strike fan, it's an improvement for hostages that he came up with and sent to gooseman, read below...

Put it in the AI of the hostages if they are left unattended to start

running off......trying to escape to the ct side...and if he sees a T

he runs back or stops and puts his hands up. I think this would cure

alot..and if the hostages do get away..and make it to the cts...a cash

penelty agianst the T's...
