Well this thing seems to go through as many betas as CS..anyways here's the info

Counter-Strike Alias Binder Beta v0.3 Released. New features include:
-Fixed major bugs with weapon/item code staying for all bound aliases.
-Added "How to Use" section for the newbies! ;-)
-Added even more keys to bind to (MOUSE3 etc)
-ALL known bugs from Beta v0.2 have been fixed (over 20 again!)
-Code has been optimized for speed.
-Changed visuals (icons etc.)
-Updated readme.txt
-Added a simple autoexec.cfg that was made in CSAB Beta v0.3 for weapons.
