We don't see many of these, but basically PAK files are just folders and file in an uncompressed zip, this makes everything real nice looking 
.. Usually when people put out pak's they include new sounds or something of the sort.. Well MikHail has put up a new pak file which has new skins, crosshairs, AND sounds all done by MikHail himself! Go check it out.
